Alifya Aryasena is an American-born Indonesian multi-disciplinary artist based in Paris. Currently enrolled in Parsons at the New School, Alifya's background lives in traditional painting and sculpture, bringing forth a union of the classical and the contemporary in her work in metal. Her style is imbued of the feminine, haunted by the intangible and the divine.

Liquid Smooth explores the materiality and malleability of metal. The glasses are designed to morph to the model’s face, bending and melting with the facial structure of the wearer. Its nosebridge is detachable, pushing its ability to be worn by all faces.
